What types of cleaning services do you offer?

We provide residential (house cleaning), commercial (offices), and Airbnb/short-term rental cleaning. We also handle move-in/move-out services and deep cleanings for houses, offices, and Airbnbs.

Do you have an online booking platform?

Yes! Our online platform allows customers to enter some basic property details, receive an instant price estimate, check availability, and as soon as the quote is generated, one of our team members will contact them to finalize the booking.

Which areas do you serve?

We cover Atlanta, Marietta, Smyrna and nearby areas.

Do you offer deep cleaning services?

Yes, we provide deep cleaning for houses, commercial offices, and Airbnbs, ensuring a thorough and detailed sanitization.

Do you restock Airbnb supplies?

Yes. We restock paper towels, trash bags, liquid soap, coffee pods, batteries, light bulbs, and other essentials, leaving everything ready for the next check-in.

Do you bring your own cleaning supplies?

Yes, we bring all the products and equipment needed.

How does pricing work?

With our online platform, you enter some details, get the price instantly, and see availability. After the estimate, one of our team members will contact you to confirm the service and finalize the booking.

Do you offer discounts for recurring cleanings?

Yes, we provide First, weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly cleaning plans with discounts.

Is your company insured?

Yes, we carry liability insurance.

What if I’m not satisfied with the cleaning?

We offer a satisfaction guarantee: contact us within 24h and we’ll return at no extra cost.

Can I trust your cleaners?

Yes. All team members are background-checked, trained, and carefully selected.

Do I need to be home for you to come clean my house?

The majority of our clients are already gone when we arrive, and our team operates on a regular workweek schedule. In these situations, we are given an extra key or a garage or door code, which allows us to enter and exit when we’re finished.

Can I provide the cleaners with special instructions?

We do support it! Your choices enable us to give your house the thorough cleaning it needs.
We do ask that you contact us directly instead of the cleaners with any specific requirements you may have, whether they are one-time or ongoing. This enables us to record this data in your file and make sure that everybody who pays you a visit is aware of your preferences.

How often can you clean my home?

Depending on your specific cleaning requirements, All-In-One-House is pleased to provide cleaning once a week, once every other week, or once a month. An additional value can also be requested for any number of occasions, including holidays, special occasions, and nearly any other cause.

You are free to adjust or modify the frequency of your cleanings to suit your unique needs, schedule, and budget because we operate without contracts.

The Cleaners accept tips?

Although not required, tips are accepted by our team.

A little tip at the conclusion of each service is preferred by some of our clients, while a larger tip is given at the end of the year by others. Of course, we are always grateful for any tip.

Can pets be home during a cleaning?

Indeed, we adore all breeds of animals! To protect our Cleaners, however, we do advise leaving your pet outdoors or in a secured area if they exhibit any signs of aggression.

Please let us know how to properly manage cleaning around your pet if you won’t be home when we arrive.
